Molly Hays of Remedial Eating is offering 1 brand new copy of David Tanis' latest cookbook, Heart of the Artichoke. Tanis, part-time chef at Chez Panisse and pt resident of Paris, just published his second book last year. It is as fantastic as his first, A Platter of Figs, easy, accessible and delicious. I was lucky enough to receive two copies for Christmas; this is one of them, hard-cover and unused. See full book info here.
